Community Partnership for Homeless

 
Dear Friends, 
 
Thank you so much for your interest in the meal program at Community Partnership for Homeless.   Our downtown Center is located at 1550 N. Miami Avenue, and our South Dade Center is located at 28205 SW 125 Avenue (on former Homestead Air Force Base).             
 
Community Partnership for Homeless is asking the religious congregations, synagogues, and civic organizations of Miami-Dade County to assist in providing the evening meal to our residents. Our goal is that each group would enjoy the experience and volunteer to do the meal program at the Center one night per month.
 
There are several options that are available for the evening meal program:
 
  1. Your group may purchase the food, prepare, and serve the meal.
 
2.   We will purchase the food and give your group an invoice for the food –
then your group would come and prepare the food as well as serve the meal.
 
      3.       We will purchase the food and give your group an invoice - we will prepare the food, and your group would come to serve the meal.
 
The evening meal is served from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.  If your group decides to prepare the meal we suggest they arrive by 3:00 p.m. Of course, the staff would be right there to make sure everything runs smoothly. If your group wants CPH to prepare the food, then your group should arrive by 4:45 p.m. in order to set up the food line.
