At Temple Israel of Greater Miami, we celebrate our 101-year history as a catalyst for Jewish life in South Florida. We are an urban oasis for anyone seeking meaningful connections to Judaism.We are an empowered, progressive, and inclusive community that serves as a home for joyful worship, committed learning, inspired Jewish living, and a righteous voice for social justice.Temple Israel is our refuge and our home where we find solace and strength.

We embrace our second century as the cornerstone of a self-sustaining, vibrant, and progressive Jewish community that is proudly removing the barriers to Jewish belonging.  We foster maximal participation, radical inclusivity, and audacious hospitality for those seeking authentic Jewish ways of praying, studying, andliving justly. We are building our future that is rooted in deep connections - to each other, our community, and our shared history.
